I believe that therapy needs to be a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to express themselves and gain a deeper understanding of their struggles. It's important to me that you feel comfortable, supported, and free to be fully yourself in our sessions.

I enjoy working with adults and teens wanting to explore issues related to anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationships. I’m passionate about helping people understand how their childhood experiences impact them today and guiding them on their journey of healing and self-discovery. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from inner child work, CBT, ACT, and mindful self-compassion while allowing flexibility to tailor therapy to fit each person’s unique needs.

Growing up in India and later moving to Seattle gave me firsthand experience with the complexities of living between two cultures. I believe that this gives me a deeper understanding of the diverse backgrounds my clients can come from, allowing me to appreciate their unique family dynamics and cultural experiences. This awareness informs my commitment to cultural humility and intersectionality in my practice.  I strive to create a nurturing space where you feel truly seen and accepted, regardless of your individual experiences or background. I also believe you know yourself best, so I welcome feedback on what is working and what isn’t in our sessions.

I hold an MAEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University, along with the National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential, and I’m licensed as an LMHCA in Washington. When I’m not working, you can find me catching up on shows, spending time with friends and family, going on long walks, and trying to pet neighborhood cats!
