As a licensed clinical behavioral health clinician, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. With experience in a variety of settings—high schools, emergency departments, the VA, and rural substance use programs—I have gained a deep understanding of how diverse systems, environments, and life experiences shape mental health. I work with clients from different backgrounds, including different cultures, first-responders, adolescents, veterans, medical and behavioral health providers, LGBTQIA+, and individuals across the gender spectrum, recognizing the unique challenges that come from their social and cultural contexts.

In our work together, I focus on exploring how your personal history and current environment impact your mental health. Through psychoeducation and neuroscience, I collaborate with you to gain insights into your mental health challenges, empowering you to make informed decisions about your well-being. Together, we’ll identify and address both healthy and unhealthy habits and patterns, and I’ll support you with compassion and accountability as we work toward your goals and health.

Our sessions will center on creating a personalized, holistic treatment plan rooted in your optimal health goals that draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Whether you're navigating past trauma, managing anxiety, or working toward personal growth, I’m committed to partnering with you on your path to healing and mental wellness.
